Michele Chadwick is the Managing Principal for Chadwick2, LLC providing executive training, coaching and listening. She brings a broad wealth of knowledge to the corporate, small businesses and governmental entities she works with. Her areas of expertise are change management, process development and integration, and listening management. She partners with Troutberry LLC on professional training, coaching and other consulting ventures.
In addition to her Chadwick2, LLC responsibilities, Michele has been active in government for more than 15 years. She served her community as a Gem County Commissioner for 10 years, the Indigent Services Director and Director of Employee Relations in Canyon County for three years. She is active in a number of volunteer boards as well. Michele is currently the Chair of the State Hospital-North Advisory Board; she serves on the State of Idaho Board of Medicine as the public member, is the Co-chair of the Gem County Mosquito Abatement District Board. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Payette River Regional Technical Academy (PR2TA). Michele also currently sits on the National Association of Counties’ (NACo) Health Committee and has for the past 13 years.
Michele graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in both Business Management and Marketing from Boise State University. She also has obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Boise State University.
